At INK’D London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship to INK’D London

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your package back to our London distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
